Shipping and Handling

All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground or USPS unless you request otherwise and pay an additional fee.  Shipments to a residence or Post Office box will be sent by USPS.

Additional Charges - If any of the following apply to your credit card order, a separate charge will be made to your card for the additional charge.

·         "Oversize" items (Large but relatively light weight packages) are charged at a higher rate.  The following items in our catalog are considered oversize.

o        Bass Boomwhackers (both the diatonic and chromatic sets)

o        RizaDek Orff Instrument Stands, all 4 sizes

Add the following to the Standard Ground Shipping Charges:

·         1 or 2 oversize items: Add $7.50

·         3 oversize items: Add $5.00

·         4 oversize items: Add $2.50

·         5 or more oversize items: No additional charge

Expedited Shipping can be arranged.  If you need your order more quickly, tell us and we will let you know the additional charges.
